Completed work / Illustrative blueprints

Software case study and AI solution blueprints.

See Shivaantha's completed in-house website project and hypothetical AI solution blueprints, with clear scope, limitations, and pilot evaluation plans.

The completed example is our own website, not a client endorsement. The blueprints below it are hypothetical, not delivered projects. No customer testimonials or measured business gains are claimed.

Completed in-house project

Shivaantha’s website and enquiry workflow.

The website you are using is a completed Shivaantha project, not an external client engagement.

The brief was to explain the initiative’s AI and software services and provide a working way for visitors to get in touch. The implementation combines a responsive Next.js website with service pages, insight articles, and shared enquiry forms.

Contact and strategy requests are validated on the server and emailed through Resend, with the visitor’s address set as Reply-To. Direct email, telephone, and WhatsApp links remain available if form delivery fails.

What was built

Responsive layouts, reusable content templates, metadata and sitemap generation, and a server-side enquiry workflow.

Working enquiry delivery

Visitors can submit project details, receive an on-page status, and keep a copy. Delivery has been tested locally and on the deployed website.

Scope and evidence

This is an in-house delivery example. The agent demo remains scripted. No client endorsement, revenue improvement, or independently measured business outcome is claimed.

Illustrative scenario / 01

Helping a support team find the right answer.

Hypothetical context: a service team searches several document collections to answer routine questions.

The proposed approach

Begin with approved help documents, index their content, and draft answers that link back to relevant passages. Keep account changes and exceptions with a person.

What to evaluate

Check answer correctness, citation relevance, permission boundaries, and the ability to decline questions with no supporting source.

Pilot measurement plan

Create a reviewed question set and compare answer correctness and total handling time with the existing process. Include unanswered questions and time spent correcting drafts; no measured results are claimed.

Illustrative scenario / 02

Making document intake easier to review.

Hypothetical context: an operations team manually transfers fields from incoming documents into an internal system.

The proposed approach

Extract suggested fields, apply schema and business-rule checks, then present uncertain values in a review queue before writing records.

What to evaluate

Test varied layouts, missing fields, duplicates, integration failures, and corrections made by reviewers.

Pilot measurement plan

Establish a manual-entry baseline, then measure field-level correctness, reviewer correction effort, duplicate detection, and exception rates on representative documents. No efficiency or accuracy gains are claimed.

Illustrative scenario / 03

Turning incoming enquiries into clear next steps.

Hypothetical context: a business receives unstructured enquiries that need routing and missing-information follow-up.

The proposed approach

Classify requests into an agreed set of categories, draft follow-up questions, and require review before outbound communication.

What to evaluate

Use ambiguous, out-of-scope, and sensitive enquiries to check that the system routes cautiously and does not promise unavailable services.

Pilot measurement plan

Label representative enquiries with their expected destination and compare proposed routing with human review. Track misroutes, escalations, and corrections; do not attribute sales outcomes to the prototype.
