Terms / Prelaunch notice

Website terms and engagement boundaries.

Understand the Shivaantha website's purpose, AI limitations, and enquiry process. Paid projects need separately agreed scope, fees, and commercial terms.

Information, not a binding offer.

Descriptions of services, concepts, and possible workflows are general information. They do not establish a delivery commitment, fixed price, service-level agreement, or guarantee of results.

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a walkthrough does not create a client relationship or reserve delivery capacity. Scope, availability, fees, payment terms, and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work starts.

Examples and AI limitations.

Our website case study describes an in-house project, not an external client endorsement. Solution blueprints are explicitly hypothetical and do not represent real customers or achieved business results. Product concepts are not released software available for purchase.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular use. Examples on this site are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Suitability and required human review should be assessed for each use case.

Meeting requests and scheduling.

An enquiry form sends a request for a reply; it does not reserve a meeting. If you follow a Cal.com or Calendly booking link, confirm the date and time zone on that service and look for its booking confirmation. Use the instructions in that confirmation to reschedule or cancel.

Scheduling a conversation does not start a paid engagement or establish a delivery commitment. Commercial work requires separately agreed scope and terms.

Responsible use of this website.

Do not submit unlawful content, credentials, or confidential records through an enquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or obtain access to systems or information you are not authorized to use.

References to third-party technologies do not imply endorsement or partnership. Third-party services may have their own terms, availability limits, and licensing conditions.

Commercial terms still to be agreed.

No governing jurisdiction, liability exclusion, certification, or contractual protection is fabricated in this notice. Nothing here is intended to override rights or obligations established by applicable law.

  • The contracting parties and applicable jurisdiction.
  • Scope, milestones, fees, acceptance, and change control.
  • Intellectual property ownership and third-party licenses.
  • Confidentiality, data handling, warranties, liability, termination, and support.
